Scott joined Colmena Group in 2020 as the Commercial Property Manager with a lengthy and diverse background in construction management. He works to make sure all tenant and property concerns are handled swiftly and with the utmost care.

Before joining Colmena Group, Scott started his career as a shop foreman, in New Jersey, where he managed the employees and production of numerous custom stone precast products for commercial construction projects throughout the country. Scott also spent four years in Hawaii as a project manager for a solar/outdoor living solutions company, where he managed projects from start to finish in both the residential and commercial construction industry. In Utah, Scott was a lead foreman and project manager on various construction projects in the greater Salt Lake Valley before transitioning into commercial property management.

Since the beginning of his career, Scott was instilled with a strong work ethic and dedication to detail and pride in workmanship and performance. He goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service in a timely fashion. Scott is a Licensed Utah Sales Agent and is currently pursuing his Certified Property Manager certification.

Scott is from New Jersey, where he grew up loving and competing in various sports. Outside of work, Scott enjoys the Utah outdoors with his wife, daughter, and friends.
