The SLC Global Logistics Center is an expansive industrial master plan designed to meet the growing demand for large-scale distribution and manufacturing in the Intermountain West. With approximately 4.5 million sqft of Class A industrial space developed to date, including facilities for tenants such as Amazon and Walmart, the project continues to establish itself as a premier logistics hub. Despite this progress, the developed area represents only about 10% of the site’s total acreage, which has capacity for a total of 30 to 40 million sqft of future industrial development.
