Project Brief
The 64,000-square-foot hotel includes 102 thoughtfully designed guest rooms and features an indoor pool, fitness center, guest lounge, and 1,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. The hotel provides business-friendly amenities such as complimentary wireless internet, a business center, and pet-friendly accommodations. The project anchors The Foundry development, which also includes a 460-space, five-level public parking garage, a 35,000-square-foot public plaza for community events, and a seven-screen, 625-seat movie theater.
