Acquired in 2019, the project has delivered approximately 735,000 sqft of industrial space to date, including two 280,000 sqft cross-dock buildings and one 175,000 sqft rear-load facility. Development continues with additional industrial product underway and future parcels planned to support continued demand in the market.
Project Brief
SSBP began in 2019 with the acquisition of approximately 70 acres in Spanish Fork, UT. To date, approximately 735,000 square feet has been built and sold, consisting of two 280,000 sqft cross-dock buildings and one 175,000 sqft rear-load building. The project is currently under construction on an additional 135,000 square feet of small-bay industrial space designed for users in the 7,500 to 15,000 sqft range. Two parcels remain for future development: a 10-acre site targeted for industrial or commercial use, and a 3.5-acre commercial corner planned for retail and convenience-oriented uses.
