About Project

Salt Lake City Global Logistics Center (SLC-GLC) is a large-scale, master-planned industrial development designed to support the growing distribution and manufacturing demands of the Intermountain West. Located minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, the project spans approximately 3,000 acres with capacity for 30 to 40 million square feet of Class A industrial space at full buildout. To date, approximately 4.5 million square feet has been developed – representing approximately 10% of the site’s total development capacity and establishing SLC-GLC as a premier regional logistics hub.

Project Brief

SLC-GLC is a multi-phase industrial master plan specializing in Class A cross-dock and rear-load facilities, offering both speculative development and build-to-suit solutions tailored to tenant needs. The project is being developed in partnership with Wadsworth Development Group and Stokes Stevenson, with a long-term vision focused on scalable growth and operational efficiency. The development is supported by the SLC-GLC Design Center, which streamlines tenant customization and project execution through close collaboration with contractors, engineers, and architects. An in-house property management and maintenance platform further enhances the project by delivering specialized services including landscaping, snow removal, security patrol, janitorial and window cleaning, pest control, parking lot sweeping, and on-demand handyman support to keep properties operating efficiently year-round.
