About Project
El Tenedor is a 53-acre industrial development in Spanish Fork, UT, strategically located along the I-15 corridor. Acquired in 2022 with Wadsworth Development Group, the project has delivered approximately 250,000 sqft of rear-load industrial space to date across two buildings and is currently approximately 75% occupied.
Project Brief
Since acquisition, development at El Tenedor has included two rear-load industrial buildings totaling approximately 250,000 sqft: Building A at roughly 133,000 sqft and Building B at approximately 120,000 sqft. The partnership plans to develop the remaining 30 acres over the next five years, phasing future delivery based on market demand. The project is being developed in partnership with Wadsworth Development Group and Bow River Capital.
