Colmena Group acquired the property in September 2026, expanding its multifamily portfolio and strengthening its presence in Northern Colorado, a market where the company has an established history of development and investment, including nearby Loveland. The acquisition was completed with PNC Bank and Cushman & Wakefield, and Henderson Property Management oversees day-to-day operations.
Project Brief
Cimarron consists of 48 apartments across three-story residential buildings set among mature trees and landscaped grounds. Units feature vinyl plank flooring, wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, with private balconies on select units and on-site bike parking throughout the community. Fort Collins offers strong economic fundamentals and continued population growth, positioning Cimarron as a long-term value opportunity within one of Northern Colorado’s most established rental markets.
