Daybreak South is a 25-acre industrial development located in South Jordan, Utah, along the Mountain View Corridor. Acquired in 2019, the project was delivered through a three-phase development and is now fully built out and stabilized, totaling approximately 280,000 square feet of rear-load industrial space.
Project Brief
Daybreak South consists of four rear-load industrial buildings totaling approximately 280,000 square feet, developed in partnership with Kimball Investment Company. One building was delivered as a build-to-suit and subsequently disposed of to Holiday Oil. The site also includes a 458-unit self-storage facility operated by Extra Space Storage, contributing to a diversified project footprint.
