Project Brief
The 66,641-square-foot SpringHill Suites by Marriott features 108 guest rooms and offers a range of modern amenities including a breakfast dining area, 356 square feet of meeting space, an indoor pool, fitness center, lobby workstation, market pantry, and guest laundry facilities. The hotel delivers an upscale, select-service experience designed to meet the needs of today’s travelers while strengthening the hospitality presence along one of Parker’s primary commercial corridors.
