Taylor is a Development Associate at Colmena Group. At Colmena, Taylor is focused on underwriting, market research, development sourcing, and project management.

Prior to joining Colmena, Taylor’s experience ranged from associate roles within Venture Capital and Investment Banking. Taylor worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs for three years. At Goldman, he worked on a wide variety of transactions including both M&A and Capital Market activity. Taylor’s role focused on modeling out transactional effects through financial analysis, financial modeling, market research and returns analysis. Taylor received a dual-major Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Utah. 

Taylor inherited a love for real estate through his grandfathers’ professions in Development and Construction and his father’s role as the director for real estate for Huntsman Corp. Growing up in Salt Lake City, Taylor is passionate about ensuring the Utah’s real estate is developed to best serve our community. Taylor has a great love for golf, skiing, hiking, boating, tennis, and all things adventurous.
