Shuoning Han is a senior accountant and financial analyst at Colmena Group. She handles the day-to-day accounting functions as well as providing financial assistance in all areas relating to financial reporting, budget and tax preparation, strategic project management during acquisition, financing and disposition. With her careful analytical mind as well as advanced computational skills, Shuoning further specializes in analyzing, underwriting, and forecasting property cash flows and valuations using Excel spreadsheet analysis. 

Shuoning started in the accounting industry when she was a junior in her undergraduate studies, interning as an accounting assistant in a local insulation company. She gained valuable knowledge and experience through her internship and decided to further pursue a master’s degree in accounting. Shuoning became part of Colmena during her master’s program and started working full time after she graduated in May 2017.

Shuoning came from China to Utah in 2012 for school and received a MAcc and a BS in Accounting from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.  Salt Lake City has been Shuoning’s second hometown over the years and she has enjoyed becoming a Ute.
