Nate Bullen has over 13 years’ experience in residential and commercial real estate and is a partner of Colmena Group. Nate oversees development, acquisitions and dispositions, private equity placement, and direct investments. He is experienced in industrial, senior housing, multi-family and hotel asset classes. Since joining Colmena Group in May of 2012, Nate has been active in sourcing and underwriting real estate investments. He has overseen development of multiple multi-family, senior housing, industrial warehouse and hotel assets in Utah, Arizona, and Nevada. 

Nate received an MRED from Arizona State University, and a BA in Spanish from University of Utah. Prior to graduating from the U, Nate played basketball for Utah State University in 2000 – 2001. He maintains a love for each University he attended. Nate served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints from 2001 – 2003 in the Dominican Republic.

Born and raised in Utah, Nate and his wife have four children and enjoy spending time in the outdoors, traveling together and participating in sporting activities. He is an avid Ute and Jazz fan and is very active in local community and church service opportunities.
