Luke joined the Colmena Group team in April 2026 as an Acquisitions Intern, where he focuses on underwriting and financial analysis with a primary emphasis on multifamily acquisitions.

Prior to joining Colmena, Luke built a well-rounded foundation in real estate. He gained hands-on experience at a title company, developing an early understanding of transaction mechanics, and most recently interned at Thistle Creek Capital, a debt fund with $175M in assets under management, where he sharpened his analytical skills in a fast-paced lending environment.

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Luke is a proud product of Skyline High School, where he competed in both basketball and baseball — a love for both that hasn’t faded. He has a genuine passion for people and building relationships, which shapes how he approaches every deal and every conversation.

When he’s not working, Luke loves skiing, playing tennis, trail running, and boating with his wife — making the most of everything the beautiful Wasatch Front has to offer!

Luke is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics at Brigham Young University.
