Logan Roche joined Colmena Group in 2026 as a Development Manager. At Colmena, Logan is focused on identifying, underwriting, and executing development opportunities.

Logan brings 4 years of commercial real estate experience from Woodbury Corporation. As a Development & Asset Management Associate, he underwrote and asset managed more than $1.5B worth of multi-family, retail, hospitality, and office assets. Logan played a key role in several large-scale, master-planned developments, most notably Utah City in Vineyard, UT. His responsibilities included underwriting acquisition and development prospects ranging from $20M to $300M across the western US.

Logan is a Davis County native who grew up in Kaysville and now lives in Farmington with his wife. Outside of the office, he enjoys golf and watching football, basketball, and golf. He places a high value on the relationships he builds with friends, family, and colleagues.

Logan graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from Utah State University and earned his Master’s in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah.
