Jared Boyer joined Colmena Group in 2018 as a Development Associate. As a graduate of the University of Utah, he has been brought on to be the Project Manager of the Global Logistics Center in Salt Lake City, a 3,000-acre industrial development project which will become the largest industrial park in the state of Utah. This development includes master-planning the backbone infrastructure for the entire project area, working with the Utah Inland Port Authority to further public benefits of the development, and interfacing with international tenants to provide the most state-of-the-art logistics solutions to the state of Utah. 

Since joining Colmena Group, Jared has underwritten and negotiated the largest tax increment financing deal in Salt Lake City ($28MM). Additionally, he has overseen $120MM of transactions and currently manages $145MM of industrial construction projects. 

Jared is a native of Coeur D’ Alene, Idaho.
